Using our enquiry forms.
The form shows whether you can submit directly or prepare an email draft. Direct submissions are processed by our website hosting service and Resend for email delivery to our team; Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated spam. The form does not store submissions in a website database or browser storage.
When you choose to open your email app, the details you entered are passed to that app as a draft. You decide whether to send it. Your email provider’s handling of that message is separate from this website.
Use only the information requested to start the conversation. Do not include diagnoses, medical histories, NDIS numbers, Medicare numbers or sensitive documents.
